    About Unchained Life Services

    Our Philosophy

    At Unchained Life Services, we know you've got this, you have made it this far without us. Now that you are here, let us share your load and walk alongside you on your journey. We believe that God (whoever that may be to you) has asked us to bear one another's burdens. We provide a safe space for sharing all that ails you. The deep stuff that others may not be able to handle. As a narrative therapist we believe that each of us has a unique story; and our stories often reflect what we have come to believe about ourselves because of our experience with our family of origin and the world at large. Often these beliefs keep us in bondage and prevent us from experiencing life to it's fullest. We believe that the problems we struggle with are external to us and not who we are, and therefore can be overcome. We help our clients overcome their challenges by focusing on their strengths and helping them write new stories to live their lives out of. 

    We believe that everyone who is seeking mental health care should be able to receive quality mental health care no matter their station in life. Please contact us even if you are experiencing a financial difficulty and we will see what arrangements can be made.

    We offer a wide range of counseling services to meet the unique needs of our clients, including individual counseling, couples counseling, family therapy, and group therapy and more. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each of our clients. Some forms of group therapy may include craft, cinema, adventure (hiking and outdoor) therapy.

    Our mindfulness counseling services can help you develop a greater sense of awareness and inner peace. Our licensed therapists provide guidance and support to help you learn mindfulness techniques, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.

    Our spiritual counseling services can help you explore your beliefs and values, and develop a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment. Our experienced counselors provide guidance and support to help you connect with or challenge your spirituality and find meaning in your life. This includes exploring spiritual abuse and deconstructing imposed spiritual beliefs in childhood to identify your personal beliefs.

    Our stress management counseling services can help you identify and manage stress in healthy ways. Our licensed therapists provide guidance and support to help you develop coping skills, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.

      Positive Affirmations

        What are positive affirmations? Positive Affirmations are simple phrases with a significant impact: Even simple phrases like "I am capable" or "I can trust my instincts" can work behind the scenes to craft a positive and empowering narrative about yourself that helps to boost resilience. They are positively loaded phrases or statements that are used to challenge unhelpful or negative (automatic negative) thoughts.

      Making your Positive Affirmation book

      To make this book you will need:

      1 piece of decorative paper for the cover

      2 pieces of chip board to make the cover stronger.

      10 pieces of paper for the inside pages

               (if using lightweight paper you can use 15 inside pages, only 10 for heavy papers or cardstock)

       Hannah Kercher is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State. Has been counseling for over a decade and has been learning about Psychology and all that helps to shape who we are since High School. Hannah married her high school sweetheart right out of high school, a young man in the National Guard, and had 2 children. 

       Hannah Kercher is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State. Has been counseling for over a decade and has been learning about Psychology and all that helps to shape who we are since High School. Hannah married her high school sweetheart right out of high school, a young man in the National Guard, and had 2 children. She received an AA transfer degree from Highline Community College, a BA in Psychology with a minor in Bible from Biola University, and a Master's in Counseling Psychology (MACP) from Northwest University. Hannah founded a youth program for at-risk youth in Auburn, Washington and ran the program weekly for 5 years (until Covid shut it down). 

      Hannah has completed a religious trauma certification program, and has continued her education related to military culture and deployment as well as challenges related to military service.

      She has a heart for those struggling yet persevering.

       $130 per 50 minute Session

      $195 for group therapy (90 minutes)

      Insurance accepted: Carelon, Quest, Aetna, Cigna, Regence, and Premier

      we are also happy to bill insurance out-of -network.
